Summary

This study collects blood and bone marrow samples from 80 adults newly diagnosed with acute myeloid leukemia (AML). Researchers will measure inflammasome activity before and after standard chemotherapy to see if it relates to how well the treatment works. The goal is to better understand why some patients respond differently to therapy.
