Summary

This study tests a sleep education program for first-time pregnant women to see if it improves infant sleep habits and parental confidence after birth. 48 women will be randomly assigned to either the program or standard care. Researchers will track sleep quality and parent self-efficacy at 1, 3, and 6 months postpartum. The goal is to see if prenatal education can prevent sleep problems and support new parents.
