Summary
This study is testing whether adding specific prebiotics and probiotics to infant formula is safe and beneficial for healthy babies. Researchers will compare 240 infants who receive either the special formula or regular formula to see effects on growth, digestive comfort, gut bacteria, and immune system development. The goal is to understand if these added ingredients help support babies' health during their first months.
