Summary
This study looked at whether a new infant formula containing HMO, DHA, and ARA can improve cognitive development in newborns. 240 healthy full-term infants were randomly assigned to receive the test formula, a standard formula, or breast milk for 12 months. The main goal was to compare thinking and learning skills at 12 months of age using the Bayley-III cognitive test.
