First seen Jan 11, 2026 · Last updated May 15, 2026 · Updated 19 times

Summary

This study looks at how different baby formulas change the bacteria in a baby's gut. Researchers will compare standard formula, a new formula designed to be more like breast milk, and breast milk itself. About 240 healthy, full-term babies born vaginally will take part. The goal is to understand how these diets affect infant development.
