First seen Jan 09, 2026 · Last updated Apr 28, 2026 · Updated 17 times

Summary

This study tests whether adding two adult cancer drugs, bortezomib and vorinostat, to standard chemotherapy can better treat infants with acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL). About 50 infants under one year old with newly diagnosed ALL will receive the combination. The goal is to see if the drugs are safe and improve survival, though lifelong monitoring is still needed.
