First seen Jan 10, 2026 · Last updated May 16, 2026 · Updated 20 times
Summary
This study looks at whether a hands-on therapy called intraneural facilitation (INF) combined with balance exercises (Otago program) can help people with diabetic nerve damage feel less pain, walk more steadily, and enjoy a better quality of life. About 65 adults aged 50-75 with type 2 diabetes and nerve pain will be assigned to one of two groups. The goal is to find a safe, drug-free way to manage symptoms and reduce fall risk.
