Summary
This study tested adding an experimental immune-boosting drug called indoximod to standard chemotherapy for people with pancreatic cancer that has spread to other parts of the body. The goal was to find the safest dose and see if the combination helps patients live longer. A total of 157 adults with metastatic pancreatic cancer took part.
