Summary

This study tests whether a custom physiotherapy program, designed around each patient's specific muscle weaknesses, can help people with ALS maintain physical function better than standard physiotherapy. 38 adults with ALS will be assigned to either personalized or usual care exercise and followed for 12 months. The goal is to find safer, more effective ways to support movement and daily activities.
