Summary
This study tests whether giving radiation only to the specific neck areas where cancer has spread is as effective as treating the whole upper neck. It includes 462 adults with nasopharyngeal cancer that hasn't spread elsewhere. The goal is to reduce side effects like thyroid or throat damage while keeping the cancer from coming back.
