Summary
This study tests whether a comprehensive medical treatment plan can work as well as knee replacement surgery for people with knee osteoarthritis. Researchers will compare pain and function in 1000 adults who either receive intensive medical care or undergo surgery. The goal is to find out if some people can avoid major surgery and still get good results.
