Summary
This study tested two drugs—inclisiran (a shot) and bempedoic acid (a pill)—in 402 adults with high cholesterol and heart disease who were already on statins. The goal was to see which one lowers LDL (bad) cholesterol more. Results will help doctors choose the best treatment to control cholesterol and reduce heart risks.
