Summary
This study aims to find new markers in blood, fluid, and tissue that can better predict which pancreatic cysts (IPMNs) are likely to become cancer. Researchers will analyze samples from 800 adults with IPMNs, including those who had surgery and those under monitoring. The goal is to create a tool that helps doctors decide when surgery is truly needed, avoiding unnecessary operations and their risks.
