Summary
This study reviews medical records of 500 adults who had extensive abdominal surgery for advanced cancers to find out how often incisional hernias develop. Researchers will identify patient and surgical factors that raise hernia risk and describe how these hernias were managed. The goal is to improve care and guide future prevention strategies for this high-risk group.
