Summary
This trial aims to improve care for critically ill patients in intensive care units (ICUs) by testing many treatments at once in a flexible way. It will involve up to 10,000 adults admitted to the ICU. The goal is to quickly find which treatments work best and stop those that are harmful or wasteful, directly helping patients and easing the strain on healthcare systems.
