New cancer drug enters first human trials for aggressive tumors

Summary
This is the first human study of an experimental cancer drug called INBRX-109. Researchers are testing its safety and finding the right dose for people with advanced solid tumors that have spread or returned after previous treatments, including Ewing sarcoma. The study will also look for early signs that the drug might help shrink tumors.
