Summary

This study tests whether a new combination of two drugs, inavolisib and enzalutamide, works better than standard treatments for men with metastatic castration-resistant prostate cancer that has progressed after one prior therapy. About 100 men will be randomly assigned to receive either the new combo or a doctor's choice of standard drugs. The main goal is to see if the combo delays cancer growth on scans.
