NCT ID NCT07587684
First seen May 14, 2026 · Last updated May 16, 2026 · Updated 1 time
Summary
This early study tests a new medicine called IN026 in 16 adults with refractory gout (gout that doesn't get better with standard treatments). The main goal is to check if the injection is safe and to see how the body handles it. Researchers will also measure if it lowers uric acid and shrinks gout lumps (tophi). The study starts with low doses and slowly increases to find a well-tolerated level.
