Summary

This early-stage study is testing a new type of CAR-T cell therapy designed to be simpler and potentially cheaper. It aims to treat adults and teens with B-cell leukemia or lymphoma that has returned or not responded to standard treatments. Instead of modifying a patient's cells in a lab, this 'in vivo' therapy is given directly to create cancer-fighting cells inside the body.
