New In-Body CAR-T therapy targets tough blood cancers

Summary

This study tests a new treatment called U96 for people with B-cell leukemia or lymphoma that has come back or not responded to standard therapy. U96 is a type of CAR-T therapy that works inside the body to help the immune system attack cancer cells. The main goals are to check if it is safe and to see how well it works. About 30 to 48 adults will take part, and they will be followed for up to 15 years to monitor long-term effects.
