Summary

This study tested whether a medication called imsidolimab (ANB019) could help adults with severe generalized pustular psoriasis, a rare and painful skin condition. Eight participants received the drug to see if it reduced their skin lesions, pustules, and other symptoms. Researchers measured improvements in skin appearance, quality of life, and safety over 16 weeks.
