Summary
This study looks at whether using only targeted radiation (IMRT) can effectively control stage IB nasopharyngeal cancer in patients without high-risk features. Researchers will track how long participants stay cancer-free after treatment. The goal is to see if radiation alone can spare patients from additional chemotherapy or other therapies.
