This study gives improvisation training to ear, nose, and throat surgical residents to see if it improves their sense of connection, mood, and ability to make quick decisions under pressure. Ten residents take part, with a control group continuing standard education. The goal is to understand if this creative approach can build mental resilience and teamwork.
