First seen Mar 26, 2026 · Last updated May 14, 2026 · Updated 5 times
Summary
This study tested whether a simple eye-ear sleep band could improve sleep for 100 adults hospitalized with heart problems. Patients wore the band one night and had standard care another night. Sleep quality was measured each morning. The goal was to see if this low-cost, non-drug tool helps heart patients rest better in a noisy, bright hospital unit.
