First seen Feb 25, 2026 · Last updated May 13, 2026 · Updated 11 times

Summary

This study tests whether using ice packs, medicated witch-hazel pads, and a numbing spray can reduce pain after vaginal surgery. About 70 women will be randomly assigned to receive either this routine or standard care. The goal is to see if this simple approach improves recovery and lowers pain scores in the first week after surgery.
