Summary
This study is testing a 9-week program designed to improve the quality of life for older adults. It focuses on building personal strengths like resilience, gratitude, and acceptance to help manage stress and reduce feelings of loneliness, anxiety, and depression. The program involves weekly sessions and is recruiting 110 participants in Spain who are 60 or older.
