Summary
This study tests a program to help more older adults on Medicare get their annual wellness visit. The program will be rolled out in 24 primary care clinics across the U.S. Researchers hope that by making these visits easier, more people will receive important preventive services like vaccines and cancer screenings. About 22,000 patients aged 50 and older with Medicare are taking part.
