Summary
This pilot study tested a 12-week mobile-health program designed to increase physical activity in people with mild cognitive impairment (MCI) and their caregivers. Sixteen participants with amnestic MCI and their caregivers were enrolled to see if the program was feasible and acceptable. The goal was to gather information for future, larger studies, not to prove the program works.
