Summary

This study tests a program called Living Healthy to see if it helps home health aides feel better. About 100 aides will take part in an 8-week program that teaches health tips and positive thinking. Some will also get a peer coach—another aide trained to offer extra support. The goal is to see if the program improves mood and is something aides enjoy and stick with.
