Summary

This study tested a video-based education program called Explore Transplant@Home to help people with chronic kidney disease learn about their treatment options, especially living donor kidney transplants. Nearly 1,000 patients from different racial backgrounds participated. The goal was to see if the program could increase knowledge and help patients make informed decisions about transplants.
