Summary

This study works with the NYC public healthcare system and community partners to help people with limited English get better access to language services. The goal is to make sure everyone can understand their care and receive important preventive health services like screenings and vaccines. About 17,500 patients and community members will take part in surveys and data collection to help design and test new approaches.
