First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 22, 2026 · Updated 32 times

Summary

This study looks at three ways to improve HIV treatment for people who inject drugs in India: starting HIV medicine on the same day, getting care at community centers instead of government clinics, and offering extra support if the first treatment doesn't work. About 800 adults who have HIV and inject drugs will take part. The goal is to see which methods help more people get the virus under control.
