NCT ID NCT05165810

First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated Apr 28, 2026 · Updated 25 times

Summary

This study looks at three strategies to help people who inject drugs in India control their HIV: starting treatment the same day, receiving care at community centers instead of government clinics, and getting extra support if the first treatment doesn't work. About 800 participants will be followed to see if these approaches lead to undetectable virus levels. The goal is to make HIV care more accessible and effective for this group.
