Summary
This study gives 250 adults in East Flatbush, NYC, a free box of fresh vegetables each week for 20 weeks. Participants choose their veggies from a variety of options. Researchers will measure changes in food security, diet quality, and social connections to see if the program helps improve access to healthy food.
