MRI heart monitoring gets a signal boost

NCT ID NCT07456644

First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026

Summary

This study looks at how to improve the quality of ECG recordings taken during a cardiac MRI. The magnetic field can distort the heart's electrical signals, making it harder to monitor patients safely. Researchers will test ways to reduce these distortions in 2,500 adults referred for a cardiac MRI.
