First seen Jan 12, 2026 · Last updated May 14, 2026 · Updated 15 times
Summary
This study tested whether sending personalized feedback emails to urologists would increase their use of an online dashboard that tracks quality of care. One hundred high-volume urologists were split into two groups: one received tailored information about their own practice patterns, the other got generic messages. The main goal was to see which group clicked through to the dashboard more often.
