Summary
This study is testing a team meeting method called an After-Action Review to improve how child welfare teams work with families. Researchers want to see if this approach helps families feel more involved in planning and increases follow-through on mental health services for children. The study involves 320 participants including child welfare staff, service providers, and families with open child welfare cases.
