Summary
This study aims to develop better methods for preparing donor cells used in bone marrow transplants. Researchers will collect blood cells from healthy volunteers and test ways to remove the white blood cells that can cause a dangerous immune reaction (graft-versus-host disease) while keeping the essential stem cells needed for recovery. The goal is to make transplants safer and more effective for patients with blood cancers and disorders.
