This study is testing a precise type of radiation called IMPRINT for people whose thymic cancer has spread to the lining of the lung (pleura). The main goal is to see if this treatment is safe and causes only mild side effects, especially lung inflammation. About 36 participants will receive radiation to the affected side of the chest, and researchers will track how well it controls the cancer over time.
