Electrical implant could help stroke survivors walk again

Summary
This study is testing whether a surgically implanted electrical stimulator can help people walk better after a stroke. Six participants who are at least six months post-stroke and have difficulty walking will have the device implanted. Researchers will then train them to use it at home and measure changes in their walking speed and ease of movement over several months.
