First seen May 20, 2026 · Last updated May 25, 2026 · Updated 1 time

Summary

This early study is testing a small implantable device that sits inside a tumor and measures how different chemotherapy drugs work against ovarian, fallopian tube, and peritoneal cancers. About 20 people with advanced cancer will have the device placed and removed during standard surgery. The goal is to see if the device is safe and can provide useful information about which drugs might work best for each patient.
