Summary
This study looks at how well a special type of denture, held in place by dental implants, works over 3 years. The implants are placed using a computer-guided method to be more precise. The goal is to see if this approach helps keep the jawbone healthy and the dentures stable. The study involves 40 adults aged 40-75 who need lower jaw dentures.
