Summary

This study tested two different ways of placing four dental implants to support a lower denture with a special bar attachment. Thirty adults with normal jaw relations and good oral hygiene took part. The goal was to see which design led to higher patient satisfaction and fewer prosthetic complications like broken parts or loose screws.
