First seen Feb 20, 2026 · Last updated May 13, 2026 · Updated 6 times

Summary

This study will check how tyrosine kinase inhibitors (TKIs), the main drugs for chronic myeloid leukemia (CML), affect blood sugar and cholesterol levels. Researchers will measure changes in HbA1c (a blood sugar marker) and lipid profile (cholesterol and fats) in 75 CML patients. The goal is to understand these side effects better, not to test a new treatment.
