Summary
This study looked at whether talking with a hospital pharmacist can help lung cancer patients on chemotherapy, immunotherapy, or targeted pills avoid unplanned doctor visits or hospital stays. Researchers followed 60 patients for 6 months and counted how many unscheduled consultations or hospitalizations occurred. The goal was to see if pharmacist support improves medication management and reduces disruptions in care.
