First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 07, 2026 · Updated 32 times

Summary

This study looks at whether certain medications that alter gut bacteria can impact how well immunotherapy works in people with advanced lung cancer. Researchers will review records from 800 adults with stage III-C or IV non-small cell lung cancer who received immunotherapy. The goal is to see if these drugs affect how long patients live without their cancer getting worse.
