Summary
This study is testing whether a 6-month program combining exercise, mindfulness training, and nutrition guidance can improve thinking, movement, sleep, and overall health in people with Parkinson's disease. Researchers will also look at changes in inflammation, gut bacteria, and brain structure. The study involves 60 adults aged 40 to 85 with Parkinson's or a related sleep disorder, and everyone will receive the program either right away or after a 6-month wait.
