Summary
This study tests a new drug called IMP1734 in people with advanced solid tumors (breast, ovarian, or prostate cancer) that have not responded to prior treatments. The main goals are to check safety, find the right dose, and see if it shrinks tumors. About 156 participants will take the drug by mouth, and researchers will monitor side effects and how the drug moves through the body.
