First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated Apr 30, 2026 · Updated 21 times

Summary

This study tests a new treatment called IMNN-001, a gene therapy given directly into the abdomen, combined with standard chemotherapy for people newly diagnosed with advanced ovarian, fallopian tube, or peritoneal cancer. The goal is to see if adding IMNN-001 helps delay cancer growth and improves survival compared to chemotherapy alone. About 130 participants are taking part in this early-phase trial.
