Summary

This study tested whether adding an immunotherapy drug (MEDI4736) to standard chemotherapy before and after surgery helps people with stage IIIA non-small cell lung cancer. 68 participants received the combination treatment. The goal was to see if this approach improves how long patients live without the cancer coming back. Results are being analyzed to determine effectiveness and safety.
