Summary
This study tested whether adding an immunotherapy drug (MEDI4736) to standard chemotherapy before surgery helps people with stage IIIA non-small cell lung cancer. 68 participants received the combination treatment. The goal was to see if this approach improves how long people live without their cancer coming back. Results suggest the combination is effective and feasible.
